At Promis USA, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
- You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, toothbrushes and other oral care items that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless defective.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Info@promis-usa.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
How to Start a Return
- Email Info@promis-usa.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide return authorization and instructions.
- Ship your item to the return address provided.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect items. For other reasons, please request a refund and place a new order.
